With their complex balance of sweet and tart flavor, our Blenheim apricots make an incredible syrup. Use our handcrafted Blenheim Apricot Syrup for pancakes, crapes and French toast, mix it into milkshakes and smoothies. Our personal favorite is with Greek yogurt!
Blenheim apricots are known for their complex yet perfectly balanced sweet-tart flavor. Their fruit is golden yellow with blushes of red. Because they bruise easily they are rarely grown commercially and are listed as an endangered crop. They love the climate here in Lake Mathews and produce an incredibly flavorful fruit.
