First Fruit Trees Planted
This was an exciting time, planting our first fruit trees and starting our farm.
The first grapes we planted were Syrah wine grapes, which grew fast in our Mediterranean climate.
First Berries Planted
Our berry patch stared with Boysenberries and Olallieberries, followed by Heritage Raspberries and Chester Blackberries, which came shortly after.
First Jams are Created
Making our first Artisan Jam was a major milestone and gratifying experience.
Building the Nursery
With the advent of our Plant Nursery, new opportunities abound.
Planting our first herbs was another milestone and the start of our tea and soap business.
We Grow What We Sell
We Grow Our Own Fruits, Berries, Grapes, Vegetables and Herbs
All of our jams, jellies, syrups and teas are made from fruits and herbs we grow on our farm. Like fine wine, the quality of our products starts in our orchard and gardens. Once harvested, each fruit is hand crafted into our jams, jellies and syrups in small batches using less sugar then traditional recipes.

After forty nine years we're still having fun!
We use sustainability principles in growing our fruit trees, berries, grapes, herbs and nursery plants.
Our sustainability methods promote soil health, minimize water use and lower pollution levels.
Simply put, our organic and holistic approach embraces nature and natural processes. That’s way we don’t use broad spectrum pesticides to combat insects and herbicides to control weeds or chemicals for fertilizing.
Sustainability is working with nature instead of trying to control nature. It’s being a steward of the land and having a positive effect on the environment.
