Hosui Asian Pear Jam

Hosui pears have the finest flavor of all Asian pears. They produce an incredibly juicy, delicious fruit that makes an amazingly delicate tasting jam.  We make our Hosui Asian Pear Jam in small batches with less sugar, so their delicious delicate flavor stands out.

Asian pears have been cultivated in China for over three thousand years. We grow the Hosui variety which is very sweet and juicy with a delicate aroma. Hosui are large round beautiful fruits, when ripe they turn a bronze-brown color. Hosui pears make a delicate jam, very light but flavorful.
